HLV Limited reported FY26 results for the year ended March 31, 2026, with net profit down 92.04% to ₹207.99 lakh. Revenue from operations slipped 1.18%, while Average Room Rate (ARR) rose 12.04% even as occupancy fell from 73.80% to 69%. Food & Beverages revenue declined 12.56%, and employee benefit expenses edged up 1.79%. The results point to pressure on the company’s core hotel operations and a material earnings hit to the related listed traditional asset SUS.

NEXUS reported about ₩5.8 billion in revenue in the second quarter of 2026 and about ₩8.1 billion in net profit, including a ₩15.7 billion one-off gain from acquiring ONEstore. Zydus Wellness reported consolidated net profit of ₹118.9 crore for Q1 FY27, down 7.03% year on year. Revenue rose 67% to ₹1,437 crore. Basic EPS came in at ₹3.74 versus ₹4.02 a year earlier. The company also said its trading window will remain closed until 6 August 2026.

Lufthansa lowered its full-year adjusted EBIT forecast to €1.7 billion–€2.2 billion after sharp kerosene price volatility linked to the U.S.-Iran war pushed fuel costs higher. The new range is well below the airline’s earlier guidance for adjusted EBIT to be significantly above last year’s €1.96 billion. Second-quarter EBIT fell 56% year on year to €383 million. The group said its full-year capacity plan remains largely flat, though Q2 capacity was down about 3% due in part to strike days in April.

TruAlt Bioenergy said its board on August 4, 2026 approved the sale of its non-core Unit 5 to Onkar Agro for ₹171 crore. The unit currently generates no revenue and carries about ₹135 crore of debt, while its net assets are valued at ₹159.32 crore, or 10.53% of the company’s net worth as of March 31, 2026. The company said the transaction will help it shed the associated debt, lower finance costs and improve EBIT and operating cash flow.

Dhaval Packaging’s IPO allotment is scheduled to be finalised on 4 August, with listing expected on 6 August on the BSE SME platform. The issue was subscribed more than 50 times by the close of bidding, including 40.36 times in the retail category and 75.35 times in the NII segment. The IPO price is ₹97 per share and the grey market premium (GMP) is +8, implying an estimated listing price of ₹105, an 8.25% premium to the issue price.
