Malta Opens MiCA Consultation to Define Legal Status for DAOs and DeFi
Malta has opened a public consultation on a proposed legal framework for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and decentralized finance projects under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).
