Cipher Digital shares slide 12.79% after Q2 loss and revenue miss

Cipher Digital (CIFR) reported a second-quarter net loss of 65 cents per share, wider than the consensus estimate for a 22 cent loss per share. Revenue fell 43% year over year to $24.84 million, missing forecasts of $32.52 million. The company also posted adjusted EBITDA of negative $30 million for the quarter. After the release, the stock fell 12.79% to $21.07.
