Four U.S. Law Enforcement Groups Warn Clarity Act Section 604 Could Weaken Crypto Crime Probes

On June 24, the National Association of District Attorneys, National Association of Assistant U.S. Attorneys, International Association of Chiefs of Police, and National Sheriffs' Association sent a letter to the Justice Department and White House warning that Section 604 of the Clarity Act could create broad exemptions that hinder investigating and prosecuting crypto related crimes.
