Rudra Gas Enterprise buys 71% of DS Pipeline Projects for ₹18.38 crore

Rudra Gas Enterprise said it completed the acquisition of a 71% equity stake in DS Pipeline Projects Limited on August 4, 2026. The total consideration was 18.38 crore Indian rupees, and the deal gives it control of 87,53,730 fully paid-up equity shares. The company disclosed the transaction to the BSE in line with SEBI requirements. The purchase is aimed at expanding its presence in midstream natural gas infrastructure.
