Pump.fun backer Baton posts Chief Legal Officer role with $1M–$5M annual salary as lawsuits continue

Baton Corporation, the UK-registered company behind Solana memecoin launchpad Pump.fun, posted a Chief Legal Officer job opening on June 24 with a salary range of $1 million to $5 million a year. Co-founder Alon Cohen promoted the role, saying the hire would take ownership of the company’s regulatory and litigation posture. Baton is defending a consolidated class action in the Southern District of New York and a separate RICO claim that could expand its legal and financial exposure.
