AsymBio Raises RMB 1.2397 Billion (US$184 Million) in Capital Increase, Asymchem Stake Rises to 83.4965%

Asymchem Group (stock codes: 002821.SZ / 6821.HK) and investors including Hillhouse Qirui injected a total of RMB 1.2397 billion (approximately US$184 million) into its biologics CDMO unit AsymBio, with Asymchem contributing RMB 1.05 billion. Following the capital increase, Asymchem Group’s shareholding in AsymBio will rise to 83.4965%. The move strengthens the group’s capital base and strategic positioning in biologics outsourcing manufacturing, directly benefiting its A-share and Hong Kong-listed entities.
