AKG Exim Ltd. promoter Kalapi Vinit Nagada pledged 38 lakh shares, or 11.96% of the company’s total equity, to ESAAR (India) on July 9, 2026. Before the pledge, he held 13.09% with no encumbrance; after the pledge, 1.13% of total equity remains unencumbered. The company reported a decline in operational income and net profit for FY2026.
