US Law Enforcement Groups Oppose Clarity Act Section 604, Warn of Oversight Gaps in BRCA

A coalition of law enforcement organizations including the National District Attorneys Association and the International Association of Chiefs of Police formally opposed Section 604 of the Clarity Act, warning the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act could create oversight gaps that criminals could exploit for narcotics trafficking, fraud, and sanctions evasion.
