Switzerland's First Spot Bitcoin ETF BBIT to Trade on SIX in November, Open to Overseas Brokers

Switzerland's first spot bitcoin ETF, the Bitcoin Fund ETF BBIT, will start trading on SIX Swiss Exchange in November. FINMA approved it on Oct 20 with an exemption letting the fund hold only bitcoin. About 90 banks and brokers trade on SIX, and overseas firms can access the fund directly or via a trading participant. Public sale is approved only in Switzerland.
