Rudra Gas Enterprise buys 71% of DS Pipeline Projects for ₹18.38 crore

Rudra Gas Enterprise said it has completed the acquisition of a 71% stake in DS Pipeline Projects Limited on August 4, 2026, for a total consideration of ₹18.38 crore. Under the deal, Rudra Gas acquired 8.7537 million fully paid-up equity shares. The company disclosed the transaction to the BSE in line with applicable SEBI requirements. Rudra Gas said the acquisition is intended to expand its presence in the natural gas midstream infrastructure segment.
