H100 Shareholders Approve Moonshot and Never Say Die Deal to Raise Bitcoin Holdings From 1,051 to About 3,500 BTC

Swedish health tech firm H100 said shareholders approved the share issuance needed to acquire Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS in a share for share deal with no cash. After closing, H100 expects its bitcoin holdings to rise from 1,051 to about 3,500 BTC, with the sellers owning about 70% of the combined company.
