THE BLOCK: Bitcoin dropped to as low as $59,000 on Wednesday as spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $469 million in net outflows. Options dealers are heading into Friday's $10.6 billion expiry positioned in negative gamma. Deribit CCO JeanDavid Pequignot said the key dynamic into the expiry is a gap between weak sentiment and positioning that is starting to rebuild.
