Ethereum Foundation said 54 employees will depart as part of a reorganization that reduces its workforce by about 20%. The new structure centers on protocol, access, user, community, and institutional work clusters, plus operations and a management group. Departing staff will receive severance and transition support, including help finding roles in the Ethereum ecosystem.
