21Shares maintains a $100K year-end base case for Bitcoin in its mid-year report. The firm also highlights $54,000 as Bitcoin’s aggregate cost basis, a level it says the price has not fallen below in this cycle. It characterizes the pullback as a more mature correction rather than a panic-driven collapse.

Standard Chartered said Aave could reach $3,500 by the end of 2030, implying a 50x gain. The forecast is based on the bank’s expectation that the value of assets active in DeFi will expand sharply and on a recovery following the KelpDAO incident.

DeFi total value locked (TVL) has fallen by more than 39% so far in 2026. The decline underscores a sharp contraction in capital parked across decentralized finance protocols.

DWF Labs says more than $31 billion in real-world assets have moved onchain, but most of that capital remains inactive. In a report from DWF Labs Research, the firm estimates that less than 10% of tokenized RWAs are active in DeFi. It argues the next phase of tokenization will favor platforms that make these assets liquid, tradable, and usable inside DeFi.

Stellar’s compliance-focused technology stack is helping fuel rapid growth in real-world assets on the XLM network. Its RWA market has tripled, reaching $3 billion. The expansion reflects rising institutional adoption of tokenized products on Stellar.

With institutional adoption accelerating, Aptos Labs CBO Solomon Tesfaye says tokenization is moving beyond the question of whether assets can be put on-chain to whether blockchain infrastructure can support markets at scale. He points to the growth of tokenized products such as BlackRock’s BUIDL fund and broader activity in on-chain finance. Tesfaye says institutions are prioritizing operational requirements such as reliability, settlement and integration over token issuance.

Hyperliquid’s total notional trading volume has fallen by roughly 50% since October. Over the same period, RWA trading via tradeXYZ has risen quarter over quarter and now accounts for about 30% of the total. The RWA expansion is cushioning the decline in overall activity, but it is not reversing it.

Price and on-chain activity do not always move in tandem, and Avalanche is currently a clear example of that split. While AVAX has been selling off, the network has posted one of the strongest transaction-growth records among Layer 1 blockchains over the past twelve months. Avalanche C-Chain transactions rose from roughly 20 million in June 2025 to approximately 80 million in May 2026, according to Artemis data.

XRP has held key support around $1.15 even as large holders have been distributing tokens. At the same time, the XRP Ledger has led net real-world asset inflows, alongside growth in stablecoin liquidity. Those trends suggest institutional demand may be building beneath the surface.

Price moves can be misleading. XRP has pulled back over the past week, but capital has continued flowing into the network at a pace few other blockchains are matching. That divergence between price action and network flows is the kind of gap that can become significant over time.
