Ether breaks above $2,500 for first time since March after 30% five-day rally
Ether (ETH) rose above $2,500 for the first time since March after jumping 30% over the past five days and gaining another 9% today. The token spent most of August below $2,000, and its Aug. 19 move marked a 20% single-day surge, its biggest since May 2025. Over the same period, spot Ether ETFs logged more than $500 MILLION of net inflows across four straight days, the largest streak since September 2025. Even so, ETH remains 49% below its all-time high of $4,953 set in August 2025.
