Meta plans to raise up to $95 billion for AI expansion via two stock offerings; Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom eye shares
The plan includes approximately $35 billion in public stock offerings. It also includes an at-the-market share sale program of up to $60 billion. The latter will be deployed after non-voting Class C shares begin trading, expected in the first quarter of 2027.
