Bitmine Immersion Technologies said its board approved initial cash dividends for its 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock and confirmed the security has been cleared to list on the NYSE. The company set an initial dividend of $0.316667 per share payable June 22, 2026, and a second weekly dividend of $0.105556 per share payable June 26, 2026, with record dates of June 12 and June 16, 2026, respectively.

Spot Bitcoin ETFs logged a fifth consecutive weekly net outflow, though the pace eased versus earlier weeks. He pointed to BTC levels around $54,000 or $43,000, suggested ETH could fall to $700, and said XRP’s potential bottom zone sits between $0.70 and $0.90 versus a current level near $1.15.

Bitwise said Bitcoin often reacts first to tightening liquidity, describing BTC as a “canary in the macro coal mine” as broader risk assets show strain. BTC fell 1.2% on the day and faced another potential retest of $60,000 support, while Glassnode data showed XRP’s 90-day average network fees down 91.5% to 500 XRP from 5,900 XRP. Separately, Ether futures open interest on Binance reached a record 3.7 million ETH even as ETH remained down 44% in 2026.

The SEC approved NYSE Arca’s request to list and trade shares of the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF in a June 12, 2026 order. The actively managed fund can select from an eligible list including BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, and XLM, and it typically expects to hold five to 15 crypto assets. The filing also allows USDC for operational purposes such as expenses and trade execution, not as an investment holding.

Aave Labs has submitted a governance proposal to add Circle Wrapped Bitcoin (cirBTC) as collateral on Aave V3 Core and Aave V4 Core on Ethereum. Circle launched the ERC-20 token on Ethereum mainnet on June 8, and the proposal was posted on June 10. The listing remains in the ARFC phase and would still require community feedback, a Snapshot vote, and a subsequent AIP before any on-chain rollout.

CryptoRank datasets published on June 12 indicate crypto fundraising is moving toward fewer, larger late-stage checks and weaker token reactions.
