Grayscale's Zcash Spot ETF (ZCSH) Gains 0.41% to $65.85 After NYSE Arca Debut

AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Grayscale's Zcash spot ETF (ZCSH) began trading on NYSE Arca, marking the first exchange-traded product offering direct spot exposure to ZEC. Early gains moderated to a small advance, but the listing broadens access via traditional brokerage channels and may improve liquidity and price discovery for ZEC. The launch also signals incremental regulatory and market acceptance for privacy-enabled crypto assets, despite their higher perceived risk profile.

Hu Mars Finance reported that on Aug. 25, citing BIT (Bit.com) market data, Grayscale's Zcash Spot ETF, trading under the ticker ZCSH, rose 1.83% at the open of U.S. trading before paring gains. The fund was last up 0.41% at $65.85. ZCSH began trading on NYSE Arca on Monday, which Grayscale said makes it the world's first exchange-traded product designed to provide direct spot exposure to Zcash (ZEC). The vehicle was previously the Grayscale Zcash Trust, a privately placed product launched in October 2017. Steve Vanourny, Head of Grayscale Index Products, highlighted that Zcash has nearly a decade of network history, a fixed maximum supply of 21 million coins and a proof-of-work consensus mechanism, alongside optional privacy features not available in Bitcoin. Grayscale said it views ZCSH as a high-risk, satellite allocation within digital-asset portfolios.
