Franklin Templeton's spot XRP ETF, XRPZ, has overtaken Canary Capital's XRPC to become the second-largest XRP ETF by cumulative net inflows.
XRPZ drew $6.5 million on Sept. 23, one of only two products to post inflows that day. Across the broader XRP ETF segment, investors added a combined $18.04 million.
The latest subscription lifted XRPZ's cumulative inflows since launch to $491.7 million, leaving it $8.3 million short of the $500 million threshold. Canary's XRPC recorded no inflows on Sept. 23, allowing Franklin to move ahead; XRPZ now exceeds XRPC's $489.37 million cumulative tally.
Canary's XRPC, the first pure spot XRP product launched in the U.S., led spot XRP ETFs by cumulative inflows for months before Bitwise took the top position earlier in 2026. Franklin now holds second place.
Bitwise remains the category leader. Its XRP ETF (XRP) brought in $11.54 million on Sept. 23, pushing cumulative inflows to $649 million and keeping it ahead on both flows and total net assets. Bitwise and Franklin accounted for the entire day's market inflow, as no other XRP ETFs posted subscriptions.
With $649 million in cumulative inflows, Bitwise stands nearly $158 million above Franklin's $491.7 million, and roughly $160 million ahead of Canary's $489.37 million. Bitwise was also the first spot XRP ETF to exceed $500 million in cumulative inflows, reaching that level in July.
The $18.04 million added on Sept. 23 lifted total cumulative net inflows for XRP ETFs to a record $1.75 billion. Total net assets rose to $1.65 billion, putting XRP ETFs at about 1.77% of XRP's market capitalization.
September inflows have reached $79.91 million so far, positioning the month to become the third-strongest of 2026. August currently leads with $159.18 million, followed by May at $131.94 million.
