Exicom Tele-Systems' stake in Dutch unit Exicom Power Solutions B.V. falls to 90.29% after OCD conversion
Exicom Tele-Systems Limited's ownership in its Netherlands subsidiary, Exicom Power Solutions B.V., has been diluted to 90.29% from 92.23% after the subsidiary's board approved the conversion of US$1.5 million in optionally convertible debentures (OCDs) into equity shares.
The conversion is part of a broader capital restructuring plan under which OCDs totalling US$7.0 million have been converted so far. A foreign shareholder now holds a 9.71% stake in the Dutch entity.
The transaction represents an internal adjustment to the group's ownership structure, with no public market trade involved and no material regulatory changes indicated. The company said the move has no direct price-transmission linkage to traditional financial assets.
