Ethereum Spot ETFs Record $160.9 Million Net Outflow on Oct. 7

AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Ethereum spot ETFs saw a $160.9m net outflow on Oct 7, extending five-day net redemptions to $506.3m, the largest since Jan 23, 2026. Heavy withdrawals led by BlackRock's ETHA and Grayscale's ETHE signal weakening institutional demand and can pressure near-term liquidity and positioning in ETH-linked markets, with potential spillovers to broader crypto risk appetite.

Ethereum spot ETFs recorded a significant net outflow of $160.9 million on Oct. 7, 2026, according to data from Trader T (@thepfund). This activity brings the cumulative net redemptions over the past five trading sessions to $506.3 million, marking the most substantial five-day outflow period since Jan. 23, 2026. The capital flight was primarily driven by BlackRock’s ETHA, which saw $116.1 million in exits, followed by Grayscale’s ETHE with $25.8 million. Additional outflows were reported across several other funds, including 21Shares’ TETH ($6.3 million), Bitwise’s ETHW ($5.9 million), VanEck’s ETHV ($2.8 million), and $2 million each from Grayscale’s Ethereum Mini Trust and Invesco’s QETH. This trend highlights a period of intensified selling pressure within the institutional Ethereum investment landscape.
