CleanSpark shares jump 22% after 20 year 175 MW data center lease projected at $6.6B revenue

CleanSpark rose 22% Tuesday after signing a 20 year triple net lease with an investment grade technology company to run a 175 megawatt data center at its Sandersville Georgia campus for AI and high performance computing. CleanSpark estimates about $6.6 billion in revenue over the initial term, with deployment starting in Q4 2027.
