Ethereum Foundation Sells 5,000 ETH to BitMine Immersion at $2,042.96 Average Price

The Ethereum Foundation disclosed it sold 5,000 ETH through an over-the-counter transaction to BitMine Immersion Technologies at an average price of $2,042.96. The foundation said proceeds will support core operations including protocol research and development, ecosystem development, and community grant programs.
