El Destape said "H" likely refers to Hayden Davis, CEO of Kelsier Ventures, who met the Milei siblings at the presidential palace, and noted the document was recovered by Argentina's prosecutorial technical investigation unit and is now a key exhibit in the ongoing "crypto scandal" probe.
