Strategy CEO Phong Le said the company is simplifying the mNAV formula that governs new share issuance by introducing a fixed 1.0x efficiency threshold, while mNAV has risen to 1.07x. Management said the change is meant to ensure any future equity issuance increases Bitcoin per share (BPS), which currently stands at 0.0023 BTC. Strategy’s stock fell 39.45%, a steeper decline than Bitcoin’s 26.43% drop and losses in its digital credit instruments STRD (21.74%) and STRK (24.04%).
