AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Long-dated bonds from major AI hyperscalers are clearing with 6%+ coupons as the 10-year Treasury yield jumps to 5.28%, tightening financial conditions and raising duration risk across credit. Filings showing ~$1.12T of uncommenced datacenter leases add longer-term leverage and contingent obligations, increasing sensitivity to any slowdown in AI demand and potentially pressuring spreads and ratings for the sector.
