BlackRock's Staked Ethereum ETF ETHB Draws $46 Million in First Two Days

BlackRock's staked Ethereum ETF ETHB drew about $46 million of inflows in the first two days after launch, DeFi researcher Ingas said on X. The fund holds spot ETH and stakes between 70% and 95% of its Ethereum via Coinbase, distributing roughly 82% of the staking rewards to investors in cash each month with no compounding, while the remaining 18% goes to BlackRock and Coinbase. Ingas added that BlackRock chose to introduce a dedicated staked Ethereum ETF instead of adding staking to its existing Ethereum ETF ETHA, as staking exposes investors to slashing risk that some market participants prefer to avoid.
