Understanding how your assets are held and protected matters. At BingX, our approach brings together verifiable reserves, layered security controls, and dedicated protection resources, all accessible through the
BingX Trust Center.
Assets Backed at Least 1:1
BingX maintains reserves backing user assets at least 1:1. We publish monthly Merkle Tree snapshots so you can review our reserve ratios and verify that your balances are included in the snapshot.
As of October 15, 2026, our latest snapshot shows reserves exceeding 100% for each of the following assets:

ETH

123.93%

For example, a BTC reserve ratio of 143.42% means BingX held 1.4342 BTC in reserves for every 1 BTC in corresponding user balances covered by the snapshot.
Layered Security for Asset Protection
Reserve transparency works alongside the controls that protect assets and monitor activity across the platform.
Multi-signature authorization. Withdrawals require validation and signing by multiple parties, helping reduce internal operational risks and dependence on a single point of authorization.
Cold, warm, and hot wallet storage. BingX uses three-tier custody architecture. The vast majority of assets are stored in offline cold wallets, warm wallets support operational flexibility, and hot wallets hold minimal assets for daily operations.
Multi-layer risk monitoring. Deposits and withdrawals pass through real-time monitoring designed to detect suspicious activity. Address whitelisting and transaction limits provide additional controls.
A $150 Million Shield Fund
The
BingX Shield Fund is a fully self-funded protection resource established to help safeguard users against unexpected platform incidents, including technical vulnerabilities, security risks, and malicious cyber threats.
The fund forms part of our broader asset protection framework, alongside custody controls, monitoring, and risk management.
Internationally Recognized Security Standards
BingX has achieved PCI DSS 4.0.1 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications, reflecting assessed controls within their respective certification scopes.
PCI DSS 4.0.1 addresses the secure handling of payment card data, while ISO/IEC 27001 establishes requirements for an information security management system. Regular third-party security assessments further support our ongoing security work.
Over eight years of operations, BingX has continued to invest in asset protection, risk management, and user support. Our 24/7 global customer support team is available to help with questions about your account and the platform.
Our responsibility is to maintain safeguards, provide verifiable information, and continue strengthening the systems users rely on.
