Rainbow Sets RNBW Token CCA Sale on Uniswap at $0.1 Starting Price for 5M Tokens

Rainbow announced on Feb. 2 that its RNBW token CCA launch on Uniswap will feature a presubscription window from 23:00 Feb. 2 to 23:00 Feb. 3 Beijing time, with the CCA auction ending at 23:00 Feb. 5 using a single clearing price per block. The starting bid is $0.1 per RNBW with a fully diluted valuation of $100M and an implied valuation of about $19M, and the CCA will sell 5,000,000 tokens (0.5% of supply) payable in USDC. After the event, CCA participants can claim RNBW from Uniswap, airdrop rewards are claimable via mobile app, non-U.S. CoinList participants will receive tokens directly, and RNBW will then trade on Base and centralized exchanges.
