U.S. Spot Bitcoin ETFs See Fifth Week of Outflows, $316M in Week Ending Feb. 20

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a fifth consecutive week of net outflows in the week ending Feb. 20, with about $316 million withdrawn. Midweek redemptions of $105 million, $133 million and $166 million outweighed Friday’s $88 million inflows, while cumulative net inflows since January 2024 remain near $54 billion.
