The move comes even as UDS saw FY26 margin compression, with Q3 dipping to 2.7% and net profit falling year on year. UDS has nonetheless generated strong operating and free cash flow, and posted a three-year profit CAGR of 35.3%. The accumulation has drawn attention because a competitor may be signaling it sees signs of a bottoming in profitability.
