India’s four biggest listed developers—DLF, Godrej Properties, Prestige Estates and Lodha—recorded combined sales bookings of ₹1.05 trillion in FY26 and are targeting ₹1.19 trillion in FY27. Meta scales back outsourcing work with Wipro, cutting about $25 million in annual revenue
Meta has trimmed its outsourcing engagement with Wipro, reducing the IT services firm’s annual revenue by about $25 million. In fiscal year 2026, Wipro generated about $100 million in annual revenue from Meta, placing the social media company among its top 20 clients. Wipro ended last year with $10.5 billion in revenue, down 0.3% year on year. The company has also lost up to $100 million in annual revenue after Estée Lauder shifted work to Accenture, according to a Mint report dated 3 March.

Blackstone Mortgage Trust shares sink 14% after warning of pressure on $1 billion of loans
Blackstone Mortgage Trust (BXMT) slid after its second-quarter results as executives warned that about $1 billion of loans are facing increased pressure, and that third-quarter distributable earnings will be hit by loan impairments. GV Electricals has kicked off its initial public offering, with the issue subscribed 21% on Day 1 and the grey market premium (GMP) at +25. In FY25, the company’s net profit jumped 124.5% year on year to ₹10.5 crore, while revenue rose 19.2% to ₹156.4 crore and EBITDA more than doubled to ₹17.04 crore, lifting the EBITDA margin to 10.9%. Based on the GMP, the implied listing price is around ₹155 versus the issue price of ₹130, a premium of 19.23%. The IPO marks a primary-market offering by an India-based electrical equipment company with a traditional asset profile.
