ADVANCE OUTCOMES: Ralinepag cuts first clinical worsening in PAH to 18% vs 36%
ADVANCE OUTCOMES is a global, multicenter Phase III trial evaluating ralinepag, a novel oral prostacyclin receptor agonist, in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The study enrolled 728 patients with confirmed PAH and followed them for a median of about 85 weeks. Ralinepag significantly reduced the risk of a first clinical worsening event compared with placebo (18% vs. 36%; HR=0.45; p<0.0001). The findings are a drug-development update and are not framed as a catalyst for listed equities or a direct driver of prices in traditional financial assets.
