Cardano Confirms van Rossem Hard Fork; Plutus 1.58.0.0 Released on Feb. 21

Cardano is preparing an intra-era hard fork to protocol version 11, with targeted upgrades to Plutus performance, ledger consistency, and node security. On Feb. 21, the X account Cardano Updates announced the Plutus 1.58.0.0 release, while Intersect confirmed the van Rossem hard fork naming on Feb. 19.
