KIMS Q1 FY27 net profit falls 47.2% to Rs 41.5 crore as revenue rises 35.3%
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) reported a 47.2% year-on-year drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 41.5 crore for Q1 FY27, even as revenue from operations rose 35.3% to Rs 1,179.5 crore. EBITDA increased 16% to Rs 223.4 crore, while the EBITDA margin narrowed to 18.9% from 22.1%. The company said it began FY27 on a strong note and launched a new hospital in Palakkad, Kerala.

SEBI fines Kalahridhaan Trendz and promoters Rs 1 crore, imposes market bans over concealed default and misleading disclosures
India’s securities regulator SEBI fined SME-listed Kalahridhaan Trendz and its promoters a total of Rs 1 crore, finding the company concealed a default on HDFC Bank credit card dues. SEBI also said the company made a false disclosure of an export order worth Rs 115.5 crore from Bangladesh-based Beximcorp Textiles without adequate due diligence. The action, taken under the LODR framework, targets disclosure lapses and governance failures and tightens scrutiny on India’s SME segment.
