Embracer Group repurchased 235,684 B shares during week 31 of 2026 for a total of SEK 16,156,996. The transactions form part of the SEK 750 million share buyback program the company announced on 20 May 2026. The program runs from 20 May 2026 and no later than 31 March 2027. The buybacks are carried out under the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 and the European Commission’s Delegated Regulation 2016/1052 (Safe Harbor Regulation).
