The purpose of the community is to learn, share, and interact with one another. • The community is a platform for traders and copiers to interact and communicate so that the copiers can follow the investment through communication and understanding of traders whom they choose to trust. Traders can also share their professional investment knowledge with copiers in the community to achieve the purpose of mutual understanding and being chosen to copy regarding copy trading.

Community Management

To safeguard BingX users' legitimate rights and interests and provide a safe social environment, we've formulated the community guidelines and corresponding violation penalties in accordance with the respective laws and regulations.

1. Use of abusive language (insults, discrimination, obscenity, etc.) to attack another user. Once verified, the content will be hidden or removed. BingX will issue either a warning, banning, or permanent account removal, depending on the severity of the circumstances.
2. Publish sensitive content that violates current laws and regulations, which endangers BingX and users' safety and legal rights. Once verified, the content will be hidden or removed. BingX will issue a warning, banning, or permanent account removal depending on the severity of the circumstances.
3. Spam containing irrelevant content or advertisement that creates a negative user experience will be removed. BingX will issue either a warning, banning, or permanent account removal, depending on the severity of the circumstances.
4. The system will remove all malicious marketing. BingX will issue a warning, banning, or permanent account removal depending on the severity of the circumstances.
5. Indiscriminate publication of obscenity, pornography, violence, superstition, and crime, etc., shall be removed once discovered. BingX will issue a warning, banning, or permanent account removal depending on the severity of the circumstances.
6. Any impersonation or infringement of legitimate rights (reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, etc.) and spreading of harmful content such as virus code or hacker programs will be issued a banning and permanent account removal.
7. Users will need to modify their avatar, nickname, and profile if they contain sensitive content. Depending on the severity, if the modification did not happen within the given timeframe, BingX will issue a banning or permanent account removal.
8. Using an avatar, nickname, profile, or speech that causes damage to others (including natural persons and legal persons), such as reputation rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc., will be issued either a warning, banning, or permanent account removal depending on the severity of the circumstances.
9. The system will remove repeated content. BingX will issue either a banning or permanent account removal, depending on the severity of the circumstances.
10. Any publishing of users' social media profile or external events, promotional, and marketing information without permission. BingX will issue either a banning or permanent account removal, depending on the severity of the circumstances.
