API provides users with real-time market quotations, depth, and other transaction-related data when trading crypto. It can also automate the trading process and process a large number of transaction requests, thereby significantly improving transaction speed and efficiency.
This article will show you the process of accessing the Binance API on BingX.

1. Prerequisites

1. Create/Own a Binance Futures account (visit the Binance USDⓈ-M Futures and log in with your Binance spot account to open one)
2. Log in to Binance and complete the Futures quiz
3. Hold funds in the Binance Futures wallet

2. Procedures

1. Create an API on Binance
1.1 Log in to the official website of Binance, and click "API Management" from the drop-down menu of your avatar.

1.2 Click "Create API" and choose your preferred API Key type. After that, click "Next" and follow the prompts to complete the API settings.

1.3 Complete the security verification.

1.4 After the API Key is created, you only need to select "Enable Reading" when you set API restrictions.

2. Accessing the API in BingX

2.1 From BingX Web
2.1.1 Log in to the BingX official website and click "My Copy Trading" on the homepage.

2.1.2 Click "API Management" and copy your Binance API Key and Secret Key from Binance and paste them into the corresponding fields. Click "Authorize Access" after filling in all the required API information.

2.1.3 After reading the agreement, tick "I have read and agree to the Copy Trading Trader Agreement" and click "Confirm".

2.1.4 After successful access, the pop-up window below will appear.

2.1.5 The API-accessed account will now appear on the trader homepage. You can go to "My Trades" or the trader homepage to view the API-accessed Copy Trading account. The data on the trader's profile page is updated every 15 minutes.  

2.2 From BingX App
2.2.1 Log in to BingX App and click the avatar icon on the sidebar to access your homepage. Click "My Trades" - "API Management".

2.2.2 Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner to add an API, and click "Access Now".

2.2.3 Copy your Binance API Key and Secret Key from Binance and paste them into BingX's API Access page. Click "Authorize Access" after filling in all the required API information. After reading the agreement, tick "I have read and agree to the Copy Trading Trader Agreement" and click "OK".

2.2.4 After successful access, the pop-up window below will appear.

2.2.5 The API-accessed account will now appear on the trader homepage. You can go to "My Trades" or the trader homepage to view the API-accessed Copy Trading account. The data on the trader homepage is updated every 15 minutes.  

3. Notes

- Please note that only "Enable Reading" needs to be selected when you set API restrictions.

- For each Binance account, BingX can only access one API that is active for that account.

- The API Access function is available for Copy Trading traders only.
- The Copy Trading account that the trader connects the API with only includes the data after successful access. If you do not have any orders in your Binance Futures account after accessing the API in BingX, no data will be displayed.
