Due to abnormal price fluctuations of Entangle (NGL), BingX has carried out an emergency delisting after its launch on 2024-04-03 at 16:00 (UTC+8) to safeguard users' funds. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
 
BingX will implement trade rollback measures for users affected by the price anomaly. All related NGL trades made by users from the opening time to the emergency delisting will be rolled back to their pre-opening state. The corresponding funds will be fully refunded to users' Fund Account.
 
As a token of apology, we'll be providing compensations for the affected users. Details are as follows:
Compensation Amount: User's total NGL trade amount * 20%, converted and issued in USDT (capped at 1,000 USDT/user).
Scope of Compensation: Limited to users who traded NGL on 2024-04-03 between 16:00 to 18:00 (UTC+8).
