BingX has investigated this issue and confirmed that the Copy Trading service was functioning normally, pinpointing significant market fluctuations as the root cause of these slippage anomalies. Due to the inherent nature of Copy Trading, factors such as market changes, order time and depth can result in Copy Trading price changes, especially under extreme market conditions. In response, we've added a notice on the Copy Trading interface and introduced the Copy With 0 Slippage feature to accommodate to the diverse needs of our users.

BingX places the utmost importance on user experience. To ensure a pleasant trading experience, we will compensate affected users as follows:

1. For users using Copy With 0 Slippage: We'll increase the threshold range of the Copy With 0 Slippage feature, taking on additional risks and costs to safeguard your trades in this extreme market condition. Compensation will be provided for slippage losses incurred with the Copy With 0 Slippage feature during the incident.

2. For other affected users: Slippage is a common issue in all markets under extreme conditions. If you wish to minimize slippage, we recommend enabling the Copy With 0 Slippage feature. We will compensate affected users with Subsidy Vouchers for this incident. Moving forward, compensation will be only provided for losses due to service anomalies on our platform.
