BingX has partnered with Legend Trading, a licensed money service business (MSB), to provide fiat deposit service for users. With fiat deposit, users can deposit fiat currencies supported on BingX and buy cryptocurrencies directly!

The first fiat currencies supported are: Swiss Franc (CHF), Euro (EUR), Japanese Yen (JPY) and Australian Dollar (AUD).

Here is the step-by-step guide on how to deposit/convert/withdraw fiat currency:

  • Create a BingX account or log into your account.
  • Click "Buy Crypto" on the top navigation bar, and then click on "Fiat Deposit".

Note: Completion of KYC identity verification is mandatory for Fiat Deposit. In addition, users may also need to complete the verification of Legend Trading (such as questionnaire surveys, etc.) which is aimed to enhance security.

Part 1. Deposit Fiat Currency

1. Select a fiat currency from the drop-down menu and enter an amount that you want to deposit.

2: Choose a payment method. Take Euros as an example, you can send funds to Legend Trading via wire transfer. Then, click "Continue".

3. If it's your first deposit and you haven't completed the KYC verification of BingX, please complete the KYC verification first.
Note: For your transaction security, you'll be directed to a questionnaire page where you're required to fill in information truthfully and submit it.

4. If your KYC identity verification is passed, you will be redirected to a page showing how to complete the deposit. Please transfer funds through your online banking or mobile app as instructed.

Important: Include the corresponding Reference Code above in your wire message. In most cases, you can enter it in the "Additional information", "Memo" or "Instructions" field. This code is used to match the deposit to your account. Without it, the deposit may be delayed or returned.

5. Click the "Paid" button after you complete the transfer.

After you make the transfer, kindly be patient and wait for the funds to be credited to your BingX fiat account. Please note that the specific time of arrival depends on the payment method you choose, and some payment methods may take 1 to 3 workdays to arrive. You can check the fund status in "Assets" -> "Fund Account" -> "Fiat Currency".

 

Part 2. Convert Fiat Currency to Cryptocurrency

You can use the convert function to buy cryptos. Please click on Fund Account -> Fiat Currency -> Convert - Fiat Convert for quick conversion between fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies.

  5. Part 3. Withdraw Fiat Balance

  6. You can use the withdrawal function to withdrawal your fiat balance. Click Fund Account -> Withdraw -> Fiat Withdrawal to withdraw fiat money to your designated receiving account.

Note: You must fill in the account information completely to avoid transfer errors.

    (1) The deposit generally takes 1 to 3 workdays to arrive. In case of delay, please contact customer support for direct assistance.
    (2) According to regulatory requirements, please complete the purchase of cryptocurrencies within 30 days after depositing fiat currencies. Any unused fiat balance will be automatically converted to USDT on the 31st day (from the date your fiat deposit is credited).
  3. (3) The feature currently doesn't support the conversion of cryptocurrencies into fiat currencies. To sell cryptocurrencies, you can use the P2P or other selling services provided by third parties.
