🆕 New! BingX P2P Trading has now launched the "Self-Service Appeal" feature, allowing you to handle your orders more efficiently and stay updated on the progress of your appeals.

If you encounter any issues with your P2P transaction, it is advised to first negotiate with the other party through the P2P order chat window to resolve the issue.
In cases where you are unable to resolve the order-related issue through negotiation, you can submit an appeal through "Self-Service Appeal". Once the platform receives the appeal, we will help you resolve it as soon as possible.

 

1. Order Appeal Portal

Web: Go to the P2P Order page, and access the corresponding order details page
App: P2P Trading -> Orders (Ensure your app is updated to version 3.6.0 or above)

 

2. How to File an Appeal?

Example scenario for buying cryptos:
If you have already made the payment, please submit an authentic screenshot of your payment to the seller through the chat window on the right. If the seller still hasn't confirmed the payment, you can click on "No response from the seller for a long time" below. After that, click the "Appeal" button on the pop-up window.

Please select the reason for your appeal and describe it in as much detail as possible. You will also need to submit relevant screenshots as supporting evidence in your appeal. This will enable our customer support team to resolve your issue more quickly.
After the appeal is submitted, the other party has 15 minutes to respond. If there is no response within the time limit, our customer support will step in.

You can check the progress of your appeal in "Order" - "Appeal History". If your submitted documents are insufficient, our customer support team will request additional evidence. Please cooperate and provide the necessary information promptly.


Supporting document guidelines for your appeal:

Buyer Seller

You need to upload documents to prove that you have completed the payment or that the actual payment amount is higher than the required amount. Buyers can submit the following valid supporting documents:

  • Screenshot of proof of payment (including payee and payer details)
  • Bank statement in PDF format
  • Screenshot of order chat window
  • Screen recording of the transfer record (to be provided in case of order dispute)

You need to upload documents to prove that you haven't received the payment or that the amount received is lower than the required amount. Sellers can submit the following valid supporting documents:

  • Current day statement of the receiving account
  • Bank statement in PDF format
  • Screenshot of order chat window
  • Screen recording of the transfer record (to be provided in case of order dispute)
