New users who signed up for their BingX account by email need to link a phone number before they can make P2P transactions. You can follow the steps below to link, update or remove your phone number on the BingX official website or app.

1. Link Phone Number

1.1 Web
Step 1: Log in to your BingX account. Click the avatar icon in the upper right corner and the dropdown menu will appear. Select "Account & Security". Scroll down to the "Security Center" section and click the "Link" button to the right of your phone number status.

Step 2: On the "Link Phone Number" page, enter your phone number along with its international country code. Click the "Send" buttons on both the "SMS Code" and "Email Verification Code" fields, and enter the corresponding verification codes received on your phone and email. Finally, click "OK" to complete the linking process.

1.2 App:
Step 1: Log in to the BingX App and click the avatar icon to access the sidebar. Go to the "Security Center" and select "Phone Verification".

Step 2: Enter your phone number along with its international country code, and click "Link". Click the "Get Code" buttons on both the "Phone Verification" and "Email Verification" fields, and enter the corresponding verification codes received on your phone and email. Finally, click "OK" to complete the linking process.

2. Update Phone Number
You can update the linked phone number on the "Update the verified Phone" page. Enter your new phone number along with its international country code. Click the "Send" buttons on both the "Phone Number Verification" and "Email Verification Code" fields, and enter the corresponding verification codes received on your phone and email. Finally, click "OK" to complete the phone number update.

3. Remove Phone Number

If you need to remove the linked phone number, please go to the Remove the Verified Phone page. Enter the email verification code and Google Authenticator code in the corresponding fields. Finally, click "OK" to remove the phone verification.

Notes:
1) Before changing your phone number, you need to have at least two of the following linked: phone number, email address, or Google Authenticator. If you haven't linked the verification options yet, you can do so on the corresponding pages: Link Phone Number, Link Email, and Link Google Authenticator.
2) After removing or changing verification options, you will need to log in to your BingX account again.
3) To ensure the security of your funds, you can only make withdrawals 24 hours after removing or changing verification options.
