1. How to deposit cryptocurrencies

1.1 Web

Step 1: Log in to your BingX account, click the wallet icon in the top right corner of the homepage, and select "Deposit" from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Choose the currency, network, and account for your deposit.

Step 3: Copy the deposit address and proceed to the withdrawal platform to make the transfer. Alternatively, open the app of the platform from which you want to withdraw assets. Navigate to the withdrawal page and locate the address field. Tap on the scan icon within the address field. Proceed to scan the QR code displayed on BingX's deposit page using the app's scanning feature.

1.2 App

Step 1: Log in to your BingX account, click the "Assets" button in the bottom right corner of the homepage, and click "Deposit".

Step 2: Choose the currency, network, and account for your deposit. If you wish to upload the QR code of the deposit address to the withdrawal platform's app, click "Save Picture." Alternatively, click "Copy Address" to directly copy and paste the deposit address into the address field of the withdrawal platform. After that, proceed with the transfer on the withdrawal platform.

Please Note:

• Please make sure the selected deposit currency and deposit network (chain) are correct. Otherwise, your assets will be lost and cannot be retrieved.
• Deposits need to be confirmed by the entire blockchain and will normally arrive in 10 to 60 minutes. You will be notified via SMS upon successful deposits.
• The minimum deposit amount is 1 USDT; transfers less than this amount will not be credited and cannot be returned.
• The deposit speed is not up to BingX. It may take longer than usual due to network congestion. You may retrieve the TxID from the withdrawal platform to check the transfer status of your assets.

2. How to withdraw cryptocurrencies?

2.1 Web

Step 1: Log in to your BingX account, click the wallet icon in the top right corner of the homepage, and select "Withdraw" from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Select a withdrawal method. Currently, there are two withdrawal methods available: Withdraw & Internal Transfer.

(1) Withdraw: Select the withdrawal currency and network, and enter the withdrawal address and amount. Choose your withdrawal account (under "Withdrawal QTY"), confirm the withdrawal fee, and finally click "Withdraw" to complete the withdrawal.

(2) Internal Transfer: Select the withdrawal currency and transfer method. Next, enter the User UID/Email/Phone Number and input the withdrawal amount. Choose your withdrawal account (under "Withdrawal QTY") and finally click "Withdraw" to complete the withdrawal.

2.2 App

Step 1: Log in to your BingX account, click the "Assets" button in the bottom right corner of the homepage, and click "Withdraw".

Step 2: Select a withdrawal method. Currently, there are two withdrawal methods available: On-chain Transfer & Internal Transfer.

(2) Internal Transfer: Select the withdrawal currency and transfer method. Next, enter the User UID/Email/Phone Number and input the withdrawal amount. Choose your withdrawal account (under "Withdrawal QTY") and finally click "Withdraw" to complete the withdrawal.

Please Note:

• Please make sure the selected currency, network, address, etc., for your withdrawal are correct. Otherwise, your assets will be lost and cannot be retrieved.
• Please do not disclose your password, SMS verification code, or Google Authenticator verification code to anyone.
• Withdrawals need to be confirmed by the entire blockchain, which will take around 10 to 120 minutes before the asset is credited into your account.
• All cryptocurrencies will be calculated in their equivalent USDT value based on the price at the time of withdrawal (recorded as the "value at the time of withdrawal" in the system).
• During the withdrawal process, the system will evaluate the security status of your account. If any abnormal risks are detected, manual review may be required before the withdrawal can be processed.

3. About Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits vary depending on whether the user has passed KYC verification.
