A debate around Cardano's valuation resurfaced after a May 23, 2026 post highlighted what it described as weak on-chain activity versus ADA's roughly $9 billion market cap. The critique pointed to about $128 million in DeFi TVL, $1.3 million in 24-hour DEX volume, around $26 million in stablecoins, and roughly 17,000 active addresses.
